Now that NiFi Registry 0.4.0 can store versioned extension bundles, we should
offer a REST end-point in NiFi where you specify a registry client id and
bundle information, and NiFi would download the bundle across the cluster and
make it available to the running instance. There should then be a CLI command
to make this easy to use.
