DBCPConnectionPool that uses the Phoenix JDBC driver and a
KeytabCredentialsService, the Phoenix/HBase code is not able to access
kerberized HBase, since it does not use the existing Subject previously
authenticated by the KeytabCredentialsService when UGI is attempting to acquire
a TGT.
This is basically a placeholder JIRA, more detail will be added after further
investigation.
