[~phrocker] In some FetchSFTP and ListSFTP tests I have the opposite case: some
tests can only be run as non-root (on Linux I might solve that by relinquishing
capabilities, but there is no equivalent on macOS), so I've added check for
both those and this in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MINIFICPP-911
