 Review comment:
   It would be helpful to have a little more documentation here about the 
differences between this processor and some of the other PutElasticsearch 
processors, we have so many these days that I'd like to make it as clear as 
possible when you'd use one of these over another. In this case it looks like 
you'd use this one if you "knew what you were doing", meaning you know your 
JSON is ready to go in as-is.
   
   Especially with schema inference being available for JsonReaders now, we 
should definitely make it clear why they'd want this processor instead of 
PutElasticsearchRecord. Having said that, if there doesn't seem to be enough 
difference, I wonder if we'd want to just make sure PutElasticsearchRecord 
covers everything and only add the one processor?
   
   If the main value is being able to get the records with JSONPath, it might 
sense to just use `ForkRecord -> PutElasticsearchRecord`. But if you want to 
"stay in JSON" and not bother with schemas and such, this processor is kind of 
an "all-in-one", which might be its most important aspect.
