I tried to publish new config from EFM for a class which contains
CaptureRTSPFrame processor. In the onTrigger function of that processor, there
are 2 lines:
video_capture_.open(rtsp_url_);
video_backend_driver_ = video_capture_.getBackendName();
Which can cause an exception.
It leads to a block in the middle of reloading config process. Thus, the
config.yml will not be updated.
