This is another version of tailfile. MINIFICPP-926 was to tail a file with a configurable chunk size, the PR for which is in progress. Code changes in this PR, has been rebased with MINIFICPP-926 to keep the code up to date. Therefore, the only changes that need to be reviewed as part of this PR are the following: 1. on_trigger_tailfiledelimited function in nanofi/src/api/ecu.c file.
