Please provide a short description of the PR here: #### Description of PR The problem: when flowfile is not generated for a long time,when the time over nifi.provenance.repository.max.storage.time ,the provenacne_repository/*.prov file will be delete. And it does not satisfy the roll condition,so wo select data provenance failed. The resolve method:I add condition to judge tryClaim() and add condition to judge shouldRoll(),so when *.prov is delete,and new data provenance is generated ,new prov file generate and can be successful to select data provenance. _Enables X functionality; fixes bug NIFI-6511._ In order to streamline the review of the contribution we ask you to ensure the following steps have been taken: ### For all changes: - [ ] Is there a JIRA ticket associated with this PR?
