To reproduce: create a reporting task (MetricsReportingTask). Create a
corresponding Reporting Task Controller Service
(GraphiteMetricReporterService). View the configuration for the
GraphicMetricReporterService; it shows a Referencing Component for the
Reporting Task MetricsReportingTask. When clicking on the Reporting Task, the
UI jumps to the Registry Clients tab of the Controller settings.
