Summary: MergeContent properties should accept expression language
variables

Many of the properties of the MergeContent Processor do not currently support
any form of expression language. I think it would be a nice improvement to
update them in the following way:
* Minimum Number of Entries: Accepts from Variable Registry
* Maximum Number of Entries: Accepts from Variable Registry
* Minimum Group Size: Accepts from Variable Registry
* Maximum Group Size: Accepts from Variable Registry
* Max Bin Age: Accepts from Variable Registry
* Maximum number of Bins: Accepts from Variable Registry
* Compression Level: Accepts from Variable Registry
