Some tests are failing when {{user.language}} and {{user.region}} are set to
values other than {{en}} and {{US}} respectively.
The following test failures were observed:

The Travis CI build's configuration currently does not properly run tests with
a non-en_US locale. This will be resolved in NIFI-5505.
