[[email protected]] I'm having a bit of trouble knowing what this JIRA is
aiming to accomplish and then knowing what the three linked PRs are for? It
appears to be a bit of refactoring that took place for PutKudu and some new
improvements. Then there is a separate activity to add a ScanKudu capability.
These should be on seperate JIRAs with clear descriptions of what is
changing/happening to ease the review/merge process. Can you please adjust
that?
