[~nghiaxlee] Can you provide the full log? We get very aggressive on reload and
will/should roll back on any failures.; however, as I see that code appears to
log an exception. Is this with a change?
Are you suggesting that the process blocks entirely or that the config will not
be updated and thusly we'll report a failure through command and control?
