   Can we be 100% sure this would work for all cases?
   
   In the original `AzureStorageUtils.getStorageCredentialsDetails` a comment 
mentions that the `accountName` + `accountKey` case was handled intentionally 
differently:
   `// sas token and acct name/key have different ways of creating a secure 
connection (e.g. new StorageCredentialsAccountAndKey didn't work)`
