When enabling/disabling a Reporting Task Controller Service used by a Reporting
Task, the Reporting Task is not listed as a Referencing Component. If disabling
the CS, the Reporting Task is not disabled first, causing the Reporting Task to
continue running and attempting to use the Controller Service, which causes an
error as the CS is DISABLED.
The Reporting Task should be a Referencing Component for any Reporting Task
Controller Service it uses.
