Observed that "ExecuteSQL" process  failed to convert Oralce FLOAT datatype to 
Arvo type.Observed that "ExecuteSQL" process  failed to convert Oralce FLOAT 
datatype to Arvo type.Getting the error saying "Invalid decimal scale: -127 
(must be positive); routing to failure: "
