The registry client has a method to write the contents of a bundle to a file
which is used by the CLI command 'download-bundle'. The client code has a bug
and is throwing an IllegalArgumentException. The registry client needs to be
fixed, but this ticket is to work around the issue by using another method to
download the bundle in the CLI.
