Bryan Bende resolved NIFI-6835.
-------------------------------
    Resolution: Not A Problem

Turns out this was a mis-leading error message because the client code is
trying to get the content-disposition header without first checking if the
status code is a 200, so in this case it was actually a 404 so there was no
content-disposition header.

> The registry client has a method to write the contents of a bundle to a file
> which is used by the CLI command 'download-bundle'. The client code has a bug
> and is throwing an IllegalArgumentException. The registry client needs to be
> fixed, but this ticket is to work around the issue by using another method to
> download the bundle in the CLI.
