I have a Controller Service that is defined and enabled on a Process Group. The
Process Group does not have a Parameter Context. When I click "View
Configuration" for the Controller Service, the UI does nothing. Opening
Chrome's Developer Tools shows the error in the attached screenshot. Note that
if I disable the Controller Service, I can edit the configuration. It only
fails if the Controller Service is enabled.
