PutAzureBlobStorage processor Container Name property should create a container
name specified if it doesn't exist already. The common use case is a series of
incoming data and based on the incoming data we can use the parameter value
from the data that can be used to place the data in different containers.
The PutAzureBlobStorage processor is not usable at scale if we expect the user
to create all containers beforehand.
