Summary: Provide a way to establish the initial state for ListSFTP?

Currently there is no way to set initial state on ListSFTP.
It would be helpful to be able to do so in case the remote directory has files
in it but we would want to only pick up starting from a specific time and not
list all the files.
It could also help in case we need to reset state but start from last run.
