Summary: Provide Current NiFi Host Name in UI When Behind Load

If NiFi is behind a reverse proxy currently there isn't a way to identify which
host you're actually connected to. I propose we add it to the system
diagnostics screen or somewhere similar. This will aid in troubleshooting which
node you are currently connected to.
