Restarted moments ago with the new/simpler flow. Sitting at 5478 open file
handles. Will start/stop generate flow file and observe. There are several
FIFO entries for PIPEs associated with each thread and if you use lsof +E you
can see what the thread name was at the time the file handle was opened (i
believe).
