Pushing a commit to fix a flaky test that does not run well in constrained
environments due to slow startup timeout (greenmail) and because it uses
specifically defined ports rather than searching for an available port so it is
brittle anyway. Turning that single test into an ITest. The other tests in
that module otherwise appear fine to remain as unit tests.
