GenerateFlowFile is used a lot for debugging and, when debugging, seeing the
content of flow files with the "formatted" viewer is frequent. This viewer is
based on the value of {{mime.type}} attribute. Instead of expecting the user to
add it as dynamic property, it should be added as a default property of the
processor. This will make life easier.
