Using the NiFi Toolkit CLI to list-bucket when the secured NiFi instance itself
has not been configured to proxy user requests (i.e. the host DN is not listed
as a user with Proxy User permissions) fails silently:

./cli.sh registry list-buckets -pe "${USER}"

Conversely, having first found a bucket identifier from within the Registry UI,
trying a list-flows results in a helpful error message:
