Description:
Upgrade Avro dependency from 1.8.1 to any newer version to resolve Avro bugs.
Upgrading alone to 1.8.2 (which doesn't break any code or dependency level
compatibility and is in-place replacement for 1.8.1) fixes several major issues
in Avro serialization.
Upgrading to the latest Avro 1.9.2 is even better.
