Description: Logging into secured LDAP nifi registry some functionality is
incorrectly disabled. Specifically, if a user has permissions to add or edit a
user the 'add user' button and edit user capabilities are disabled.
Additionally the manage group and manage bucket policies features are disabled.
If the user refreshes the page these features become enabled. (was: Logging
