Add support to the Azure Blob Storage Processors to handle User Metadata.
The interface should be moddelded after the existing User Metadata support in
the S3 Processors, to be here consistent.
A LookupServcie should also be provided to get these Attributes without
downloaded the blob as a new FlowFile
