Now that the stable line of Apache Hive is 3.x, we should change the
hive.version property to refer to the Hive 3 version to be used when building
the Hive 3 components. This will include a new property hive12.version and such
to be used for building the Hive 1.2 components.
This improvement will make it easier for automated builds to keep up with the
current GA version of Apache Hive.
