The expected workflow would be to version (in the NiFi Registry) the flow you
created in your development environment and check it out in the other
environment. You'd have your parameter context coming with your versioned flow
where you can change the values based on your target environment.
If someone implements this I'd recommend that duplicated sensitive parameters
would have empty values.
