[NIFI-7447 Objects returned from Controller Services may be invoked with the
wrong ClassLoader|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-7447] fixes bugs
resulting from classloading issues during certain types of special use-cases.
This change adds documentation in situ so anyone who checks this part of the
code could easier understand the reasoning behind the fairly sophisticated
logic.
