In my original cluster, had an RPG in the flow that referenced a cluster node.
Created a new cluster and migrated the flow over along with local state.
Changed the URL in the RPG to reference a new cluster node.
As illustrated in the attached screenshot, the old primary node was still
referenced by the state.
The cached URLs should be cleared because they are no longer valid.
