Description: A framework for integrating/linking external data to named
entities. For instance, geocoding or georeferencing location entities to
geonames gazateers can be implemented as an EntityLinker. Initially created to
solve the georeferencing problem specifically, but the framework allow linkage
of data to any entity type. Commercial applications that do this are expensive,
and there are many free gazateers one could use to create solutions with
OpenNLP. The capability should provide a default implementation using MySQL or
Postgres and the Geonames Gazateer. (was: An interface for defining a Gazeteer
and the methods to search it, an extended Span object, and a Namefinder that
encapsulates a TokenNameFinder for locations. Commercial applications that do
this are extremely expensive, and there are many free gazateers one could use
to create a solution with OpenNLP. The capability should provide a simple
