Mark Giaconia closed OPENNLP-698.

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed for the majority of use cases, but the solution is not optimal for 
hierarchical multi-token names such as "Hartford, Connecticut". This case will 
be solved under another ticket because it implies changes to the lucene 
indexing strategy, as well as how the scorers work.
