Probabilistic context free grammars can be used for building parse trees so
it'd be nice to have them as an alternative algorithm to build a Parser. The
initial implementation will be in-memory and not lexicalized so it would be
better to put it into the sandbox and move it in "tools" once it's mature and
performant enough.
