The main pom.xml file is commonly placed at the project root in maven projects.
OpenNLP never followed that convention and placed it at opennlp/pom.xml to make
it easily available in eclipse. An eclipse workspace doesn't support file at
the root level.
The majority of maven users and tools expects the pom.xml at the root level.
Lets move it to the root level.
