The CONLL 2002 data contains named entities and can be used to evaluate the
Name Finder. Currently the data is used to evaluate a release candidate in our
manual test plan.
It would be nice to automate this manual evaluation and have a JUnit test which
fails if the output doesn't match the expectation.
