Hi,
The page on which all these resources reside state:
"Various software modules and data sets that are/were used in my research. They
are made available under the terms of GNU General Public License. Both data and
software are distributed without any warranty."

However, the senseval and semcor data packages are not accompanied by any
licensing data. What do you make of it?
