Resolution: Fixed
CLI tool added for the lemmatizer component. The CLI now allows to train a
lemmatizer model as well as using it for lemmatization provided a text file
with the output of the POS tagger component is provided as input. The CLI also
evaluates the lemmatizer performance against a test set in terms of word
accuracy.
