- We already have a class called PerformanceMonitor this one can count events
and measures the time it took, all tools which process data use this one, e.g.
TokenizerMETool
- The proposed measurement measures the total time it takes to run the tool,
both times are useful we just need to make sure we use two different terms to
refer to them.
