This fails the build when done from within a module e.g. inside opennlp-tools
folder, thats the error:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-checkstyle-plugin:2.17:check (validate) on
project opennlp-tools: Failed during checkstyle configuration: cannot
initialize module SuppressionFilter - Unable to find:
checkstyle-suppressions.xml -> [Help 1]
