State of the art shouldn't necessarily be the criteria.
There are multiple versions of MST floating around out there with different
licenses (BSD, Apache, EPL). Unfortunately, (1) it uses trove which is GPL and
(2) there were a bunch of bugs and improvements made in
https://github.com/travisbrown/mstparser but I don't think it got merged back
in and the license got switched to EPL. So it's not source compatible with
ASLv2. Could ask Travis about fixing the EPL thing but will need to be some
changes to get rid of the trove usage.
