Thanks for the report. Confirmed the tag shows no files and the zip is empty.
However, on the same date (Dec 10, 2014) there is also an opennlp-1.6.0-rc1
tag. I am guessing it was used instead of opennlp-1.6.0. Since that was
released a few years ago I think it will be ok to close this.
