Some tests in the sandbox component 'opennlp-similarity' fail with:
"UnknownHostException: api.datamarket.azure.com: nodename nor servname
provided, or
not known"
Those have be set to @Ignore during the recent migration to OPENNLP-2.1.x
Aims: * Rethink and rework the test strategy to avoid making calls to external
cloud services which no longer exist.
* Optimize Test classes to avoid code duplication.
