In OPENNLP-1515 the ONNX Runtime dependency was changed from GPU to CPU to
support more operating systems out of the box.
We do still want to make ONNX Runtime GPU easy to use. One idea is described at
https://github.com/apache/opennlp/pull/551#issuecomment-1759604170.
