After some tweaks, we can easily produce a nice PDF version of OpenNLP's dev
manual via a separate Maven profile.
Aims:
- modernize xml files of the OpenNLP dev manual to use Docbook dtd in version
5.x
- add plugin configuration to produce the PDF as separate outcome
- introduce specific profiles for html, pdf, and potentially epub3 targets
