Thanks. Updated and squashed to one commit. Eval run: [build
88](https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/OpenNLP/job/eval-tests-configurable/88/).
- Removed the factory hook and raw-model parser constructor. The parser
takes a `DependencyModel`, which has one constructor: `(lang, MaxentModel,
manifest)`.
- Removed `ParserTrainer`. The cross validator trains the parser itself,
following `ChunkerCrossValidator`, and accepts evaluation listeners.
- Added `DependencyEvaluationMonitor` following the POS equivalent, with
`-misclassified` output through `DependencyEvaluationErrorListener`. The tools
use the shared evaluation parameters and report invalid fold counts with a
message.
- Shared token/tag validation through `DependencySample.checkTokensAndTags`
in opennlp-api, and UAS/LAS calculation through `AttachmentScores`.
- Moved `ArcStandardState.copy()` and its test to #1323.
- Applied the Javadoc, constants, helper, test-fixture and manual changes.
CoNLL-U ID and HEAD parsing now share an ASCII digit scanner.
- Set OPENNLP-547 to 3.0.0 and retargeted #1323 to `main`.
The additional tests also caught inconsistent HEAD parsing. The CoNLL-U
factory now rejects non-UTF-8 encodings, and the graph and sample serialization
IDs have been recomputed.
Feature separator collisions are tracked in #1342 for a separate fix and
evaluation before the first 3.0 dependency parser models ship.
