problem:
when document is accessed from external flash usb stick, after the document is
closed, openoffice background processes (quickstart processes) are still
accessing the drive, preventing it from safe disconnection - windows returns
"cannot eject usb drive as some applicatin is still using it".
if these processes are killed (openoffice quickstart processes), then the issue
is no longer present.
