Open InterLinks.odt, ctrl-click NISTJosephson, linked to:

...and fail to connect: screenshot InterLiBad.png
This happens with Firefox and IE (InterLiIE.png). However IE replaces the |
character with '%7C'.
Now, copy-and-paste the URL into the browser: it works (screenshot
InterLiOK.png)!
The problem seems to be caused (how?) by the | character. The item
SIUniBase, linked to
http://www.bipm.org/fr/si/base_units/
works fine.
Work-around: Editing the URL and Entering it makes it effective --simple,
but it should not be necessary. Besides, the average user won't think of it.
