original and corrected shape
Draw a custom shape of type "cloud-callout" and save the document. Examine the
file. You will see an end angle 23592960 in the U command. That should be 360.
These U commands give the three little ellipses of that shape.
The attached document contains an original shape in blue and a yellow shape,
where I have changed the angle to 360.
